      Designed and produced an e-learning tutorial for QA explaining how to mark up regulated documents.  
      Designed and wrote an illustrated manual called ADMS User Guide to teach users how to use the document management system.  
      Edited manufacturing SOPs for technical inconsistencies, missing information, organizational flaws, cross references and grammar.

      Designed the class home page and directed a three- person crew to create the class web site for MediaLink.

      Directed a two-person team to provide the information architecture and content layout for a client web site called Pacificans Care. Rewrote the client's text to fit web format.

      Wrote copy and edited graphics for the Motorized Service Bed Manual, providing repair personnel with user-friendly

      Conceived, wrote, and illustrated the Engineering Services
Manual, enabling staff and temporary employees to quickly learn the procedures and standards of the company.
 
         
      Edited and formatted test procedures using the Toshiba style guide, enabling readers ease of use and consistency.
 
         
      Coordinated the localization process for Japanese versions of manuals by proofing, editing, and tracking documents.
